The ÖTV exemption for disabled buyers has two conditions: the car's price including taxes must be below ₺2,873,900, and the car's local-content rate must be at least 40%. Below you see the passenger cars on the Ministry of Industry and Technology's list, side by side with their current prices in our catalogue.

Under article 7 of the ÖTV Law and the Communiqué on List (II), three groups can use the exemption:
The exemption can be used once every ten years. The tax office has the final word on which report is required and how the process works; this page shows only the two conditions on the car's side.
The price limit. The regulation sets the limit on the car's price "including the special consumption tax due and all other taxes". So the limit applies to the car's normal sticker price, not to a price without ÖTV. For 2026 the limit is ₺2,873,900, and the price must be below it. The limit rises every year by the revaluation rate.
Local-content rate (yerli katkı oranı). Presidential Decision no. 9321 of 26 December 2024 limited the exemption to cars with a local-content rate of at least 40%. The rate is taken from the current list of "Motor Vehicle Local-Content Rate Declarations" published by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. The rates on the list are the manufacturers' own declarations to the Ministry, and every row also carries a validity end date.
For some versions the list price is above the limit but the campaign price is below it. The regulation says "price" (bedel) and does not say which price counts. We flag these versions separately; before buying, we suggest you confirm with the seller and the tax office.
The model, engine, gearbox, trim and rate details in the table are taken exactly as they appear on the Ministry's list. We matched them to the versions in our catalogue ourselves, and only where engine, fuel, gearbox and trim match exactly.
